My thoughts on why it’s ok for 9 to adore Rose, 10 to love her and it’s still ok for 11 to marry River.
Reposting again in honor of River and The Doctor’s wedding anniversary.
First off I want to state that I’m not trying to piss people off. This is just my personal opinion on why 11 loving River isn’t belittling the Doctor’s love for Rose. I love the Doctor interacting with both these wonderful women and get irritated that some people feel like you have to pick a side in ships.
